Gator Plastics offers Total Manufacturing Solutions - one stop services providing a wide range of machinery and production facilities to suit every specific application. Computer-controlled injection moulding machines from 20 to 3,100 tonnes are available for a wide variety of application.  Also in the products range are over-moulding turnkey systems which enable moulding plastic products of two different colours and two different materials at the same time. In addition to hydraulic-powered machines, all-electric feature has been added to the product range.

Using state-of-the-art "Two Stage" technology, turnkey systems for PET preform moulding produce lightweight bottles for carbonated drinks, distilled water and edible oils.

Blow moulding machines produce versatile thermo-plastic hollow containers for drinks, edible oils, detergents, cosmetics and many more products.

Extrusion systems produce blown film, pipes and profiles widely used in the packaging, agricultural and construction industries.
